They even handled the processing of documents, evidence and reporting to Police. Our result was a robust case, with an arrest and charges laid (This case is now headed to court) . Fantastic experience: Mike and the team at The Investigators was exactly what I needed. When my employee defrauded me, I had no idea how to handle the situation. I didn’t know the legal requirements or how to get my money back. I didn’t even know if it would be possible to get my money back at all. I was referred to The Investigators through my accountant and as soon as they took over, the case went into autopilot. All I needed to do was follow their instructions, listen to their advice, provide information and they sorted literally everything else. What I wanted was this problem to be solved and my money back. Now, I’ve had virtually all of my funds recovered (7 digits), and it was as smooth as I could have wished it to be. Realistically I’m quite sure I would not have been able to retrieve my money without their help. Now, on the other side of it, knowing what I know now about how drawn out this process can be when the fraudulent party employs good legal counsel, it’s completely insane that I even considered trying to deal with this by myself. To be honest, if I had not been recommended to get in touch with The Investigators, I would have been sceptical. I just got defrauded, what if this is a scam? What if they just rake me for fees and I don’t even get my money back? There are probably some legitimately shady companies out there in this industry but I’m glad I left it to Mike. Great communication, speedy, effective, professional, reliable. If any of my associates found themselves in the unfortunate situation I found myself in, I would have no hesitation in recommending The Investigators.
